Length: 75 mins - 15 minutes for the important safety induction and harnessing up of the children - to be ready for 60 minutes of climbing and use of the Death Slide!
Price: £156 for up to 6 participants. £26 per additional participant up to a maximum of £234 for 10 participants maximum (last participant is free) (*not including catering/function room hire).
Pre-Requisites: Please note that EVERY child participating must be registered before they arrive on the day. It is a simple process that is done online by the Parent/Guardian of the child. More information is within your confirmation booking email. Please note that any child not registered will not be able to particpate on the day.
Age: 6+ (if a participant is aged 6 or 7, the parent or guardian must stay onsite)
Clothing: Long trousers/knee length shorts and t-shirts/cotton sweater/hoody – cotton based as much as possible; please avoid polyester/nylon based fabrics. Clean trainers with socks, important for climbing activities. No jewellery to be worn.
Food: There is a cafe serving hot & cold food including Pizza & Toastie's. If you'd like HarroWall cafe to cater for your birthday party, post Krazy Climb Birthday Session, please find out more info on how to book by clicking on the 'Catering' tab just above this box.
Unsure of numbers?: We recommend booking towards/at the lower end of your expected numbers and notifying us of an increase, once confirmed, around a week before the party; we'll take the payment for the extra numbers over the phone prior to the day. Please bear in mind the maximum booking number for the time you're booking; the maximum we can facilitate during this time slot is 10 climbers.
As part of our Krazy Climb session, you can have a go on our Death Slide! This thrilling, adrenaline fuelled slide will have your heart racing and legs wobbling... then you can try the steeper one.
Not for the faint hearted; it is scary as you sit at the top readying to take the plunge! We'll guide you through how to do it and provide some morale support.
If you do want to have a go, we require you to do the following:
- DO NOT wear synthetic materials - we advise cotton or denim. e.g. don't wear thin track suit bottoms or football shirts.
- DO wear a long sleeved jumper - cotton based, preferably.
- DO wear socks - without any holes in them!
Please note, that the final say on who can use the slide is of the instructor due to their training and experience; we ask that you follow this guidance.
There is a risk of injury if the slide isn't used properly - this should not occur if appropriately clothed and correct descent posture is maintained as instructed. If you are concerned about this you can ask us about it; this isn’t an obligatory activity and you’re more than welcome to opt out of it if you so wish.
We’re very proud of our slide as it’s unique in nature and we’d like everyone to enjoy it as much as possible!
HarroWall Cafe can offer a catered addition to your birthday party. You can hire the Function room for £50 for 1 hour and if you want food, our fantastic Cafe can offer it at an additional cost of £9 per person. You can see a full menu on offer by clicking here.
In general the food consists of, per person:
1/2 a 10" pizza, a selection of flavoured crisps, fruit and a juice box.
If you'd like to choose your pizza toppings, please get in touch either via phone or email, or we'll make the pizzas as a default with cheese and tomato.
If you'd rather self cater, due to specific food requirements of the group, then the charge of £50 to use the function room still stands. If we cannot provide the function room for any reason after your booking then we will reserve seating for you and your group in our Cafe seating area.

Use of the function room is for an hour in total. The use of it starting 15 minutes before the climbing part of the birthday party session ends allowing parents / helpers to get anything they wish ready - decorations and seating arrangements; this leaves the children 45 minutes to eat.
We prohibit the use of confetti/glitter/party poppers within the function room due to the mess these decorations caused; if used, there will be an extra surcharge of £50 administered due to the increased cleaning demands required as a result.
Please note, that it won't always be possible to grant immediate access to the function room upon arrival to the Krazy Climb Birthday party due to other users within it.
If you'd like to book the function room or arrange catering, follow through with the booking process where you'll be prompted to choose; bookings are made upon a first come, first served basis and we need at least 7 days' notice to be able to provide catering.
There will be some weekend days that aren't bookable even though they haven't been booked by someone else. This is likely due to an event taking place in the centre which means we may only be able to offer a part of the normal party package or, none of it at all.
Current days/dates that aren't bookable, or only partially bookable, are as follows (for 2026):

- March 15th - Climbing Birthday parties are available, the function room & catering will not be; please email us if you'd like this as a Birthday Party option.
- 18th July
- 28th & 29th of November
Arrival time: Please arrive 15 minutes before the start time and check in at Reception.
- Finding Us: We’re in North West London, you can find us here. We have limited parking along the front of our building in marked bays, so where you can we’d advise walking, cycling or using public transport to get here.
- What to wear: Wear loose comfortable clothing (what you would wear to the gym). However, you will warm up while climbing- wear 'layers' that can be added/removed as required. Tie long hair back and remove jewellery. Bring some thin socks to wear with the climbing shoes if required.
- Water fountains are available so please bring your own bottle or use the cups provided.
