Freezes and cancellations

• Min Freeze Period: 14 days
• Max Freeze Period: 30 days
• Your membership must be active for 30 days before being frozen or refrozen
• Your membership may be frozen for a maximum of 90 days in a calendar year
• All enrolees on an annual membership must be frozen at the same time (i.e. you cannot freeze adults or junior bolt-ons separately)
• Memberships cannot be transferred or refunded

Price changes

• LCC may change membership perks at any time

Proof of status will be required to purchase concession memberships.

• Full-time students and apprentices: Student card with expiry date
• Universal Credit and New Style Jobseeker's Allowance recipients: Recent monthly statement or Proof of Benefit letter
• Disabled customers: Doctor's letter, PIP award letter, Blue Badge, Disabled Persons Railcard, National Disabled Identification Card (DID), or Freedom Card (not exhaustive)
• Carers: Attendance Allowance award letter, Access Card, National Carers Card (not exhaustive)

• Junior memberships are designed to bolt on to an adult member’s recurring membership
• There is no limit to how many children can be added to a membership
• There is no requirement for the adult and junior to share the same address
• Bolted-on juniors receive free shoe and harness rental
