Please note: we cannot run this session in the rare instance there is just one junior (U18) participating/booked on. Coming as a pair is recommended so you have a caving buddy. Suitable for ages 6 and upwards.

Lead you through a short route as an introduction, then...

Go explore the caves yourselves! We'd recommend coming with an explorer partner

Once you know them like the back of your hand, we can give you some challenges and games to do

Arrival time: Please arrive 15 minutes before the start time and check in at Reception.
Finding Us: We’re in North West London, you can find us here. We have limited parking along the front of our building in marked bays, so where you can we’d advise walking, cycling or using public transport to get here.
What to wear: Wear loose comfortable clothing (what you would wear to the gym). However, you will warm up while climbing- wear 'layers' that can be added/removed as required. Tie long hair back and remove jewellery. Bring some thin socks to wear with the climbing shoes if required.
Shower and Locker Facilities: Our lockers require padlocks to lock; you can bring your own, or purchase one from us. Alternatively, we have plenty of storage boxes that we can point out to you upon arrival.
There are showers alongside our changing rooms, which we run a towel hire service for which is free for those with Memberships.
Water fountains are available so please bring your own bottle or use the cups provided.
