Gym-Only Membership

Access

• This membership grants unlimited access to the gym equipment at your chosen facility (CroyWall or VauxWall East)
• It does not grant the use of the climbing facilities
• 18+ only

Perks

• This membership does not offer the typical climbing membership perks (i.e. guest passes, member discounts, towel hire)

Billing

• Memberships are billed monthly based on the date of enrolment
• We do not accept American Express

Freezes and cancellations

• To give you maximum flexibility over your membership, recurring memberships cannot be frozen. They can be cancelled and restarted at any time without any start-up fees, allowing you to choose your new monthly billing date.
• Customers may cancel their recurring membership after the first payment of one full month of membership
• Memberships cannot be transferred or refunded

Price changes

• LCC may change membership fees at any time
• We will notify recurring members of any upcoming price change by email at least 30 days in advance

Storage and processing of payment information

• Recurring memberships use a PCI-compliant payment gateway, Windcave, to store card details and take payments
• Your payment details are not stored electronically by LCC
