Billing
- Memberships are billed monthly based on the date of enrolment
- We do not accept American Express
Freezes and cancellations
- Membership freezes and cancellations must be submitted prior to the next billing date to take effect in the upcoming billing cycle
- Customers may cancel or freeze their recurring membership after the first payment of one full month of membership
- Max Freeze Period: 3 months
- Enrolees on a recurring membership can be frozen on an individual basis, but if there is no active adult or concession on the membership, the monthly dues for a junior bolt-on will be escalated to match the adult or concession price
- Memberships cannot be transferred or refunded
Price changes
- LCC may change membership fees at any time
- We will notify recurring members of any upcoming price change by email at least 30 days in advance
Storage and processing of payment information
- Recurring memberships use a PCI-compliant payment gateway, Windcave, to store card details and take payments
- Your payment details are not stored electronically by LCC
Proof of status will be required to purchase concession memberships.
- Full-time students and apprentices: Student card with expiry date
- Universal Credit and New Style Jobseeker's Allowance recipients: Recent monthly statement or Proof of Benefit letter
- Disabled customers: Doctor's letter, PIP award letter, Blue Badge, Disabled Persons Railcard, National Disabled Identification Card (DID), or Freedom Card (not exhaustive)
- Carers: Attendance Allowance award letter, Access Card, National Carers Card (not exhaustive)
